Joe Donnachie presents a convincing argument for giving up the bad habits that most of us indulge in, leading us to poor health and replacing them with a health promoting exercise and fitness program. In Primacy of Being, Brandon Peele provides a deep and powerful look at the need to be in the present moment, the Being that allows inner growth and spiritual health to exist. I know that I will be reading this post several more times so as to connect with the nourishment there within and between the lines. Over the years, I&#8217;ve found Animal Medicine a wonderful tool for inner reflection and personal growth. I got goosebumps accompanied by a warm feeling in my heart region as I read Raymond David Salas blog post entitled The Healing Power of Animals. Two of the animals I&#8217;ve found showing up repeatedly in my life this year are dragonflies and hummingbirds. Their messages are indeed what I needed to hear. Thank you, Raymond David. When life feels really tough, be sure you&#8217;ve bookmarked Christine Kane&#8217;s post 10 Things to Do When the Dirt Comes Up so you&#8217;ll have the emotional tools to not only get through it without permanent scars, but possibly even nurture yourself enough to flourish and thrive. This is the How-to manual for making the lemonade from life&#8217;s lemons. Jon Schnaars has written a brief but informative post relating to a condition that is very near to my heart called Chronic Fatigue Syndrome Affects Millions. You see, I have studied holistic health for the last three decades due to the fact that I spent most of my youth in chronic pain and discomfort. I suffered with several auto-immune conditions, including Chronic Fatigue, and the only assistance that was offered to me by the medical community back then was the idea that I was making it all up and should seek a good shrink or take some more aspirin. I have now nearly completely healed myself through the use of herbs, supplements and lifestyle choices. Please look for the details of the program that I&#8217;ve developed to support my freedom from these debilitating conditions, posted to this site very soon. &#8220;The truth is that this is by far and away the hardest thing I have done in my life.&#8221; This is a telling quote from the very emotional decision-making process as described in the post by Deb Peterson entitled  Assisted Living, part 2.
