Colour Therapy
Colour therapy is a branch of alternative healing which aims to restore balance in a body by application of specific colour within the spectrum namely, Violet, Indigo, Blue, Green, Yellow, Orange and Red.
Although consulting a professional practitioner can help immensely, you can, with some research and self-study, identify colors that you may be lacking. Some of the ways you can incorporate color therapy into your life are using colored lights or covering lights with cellophane paper of desired color, using full-spectrum lights if your lifestyle involves lot of indoor activities and less exposure to sunlight, paints, garments, consuming natural foods of various colors, meditating on colorful flowers, drinking water charged with color and even eyewear.
