Very true.
When we come to a point of stillness, we find the strength we need to step forward and move to the next realm, achieve our goals. We enter new loops of: sitting in stillness, generating new energy, and moving forward. We always have to find the point of stillness. With a mindful approach, we can increase our potential hugely. I am working on a mindful Yoga approach. Very exciting, indeed. www.rightnowcoaching.com www.selfcarerightnow.com
